Aviation Flooring

Holcim Technical Solutions and Products GmbH’s NTF (non-textile floor) material is the only PVC-free NTF material in the aviation flooring industry. Manufactured from high performance rubber materials and laminated to an integral structural backing, our flooring systems provide unsurpassed durability and performance.

When installed with our Floorsil® silicone sealant, our products deliver superior durability, seal and seam integrity, ease of installation and maximum corrosion prevention—no hot welding required.

NON-TEXTILE FLOOR COVERINGS

  • Airfloor® AFR: Our all-in-one aviation flooring systems adhere to Airbus ABS5717 standard, fulfill ABD0031 requirements and are available in a variety of designs and colors.
  • Durofloor® ADF: Our all in one aviation flooring systems adhere to Airbus ABS5674 standard, fulfill ABD0031 requirements and are available in a variety of designs and colors.
  • Floorsil® Sealants: Are available in a variety of colors (color matched to NTFs on the market) and meets the Airbus Spec. ABS5907

Airfloor®

The robust and lightweight construction of Airfloor® NTF continues to be the SFE (seller furnished equipment) selection of choice.

This two-layer backing material was first introduced in its original form during the mid-1980s. Superior telegraphing resistance, high-wear resistance, and ease of installation and maintenance continue to drive demand for Airfloor®, particularly for Airbus OEM requirements.

AIRFLEX GP®

Constructed with a single layer of advanced structural reinforcement and utilizing the same proven silicone rubber wear surface, Airflex® is the preferred solution for large mixed fleets at some of the most prestigious airline operators worldwide.

DUROFLOOR®

DUROFLOOR® is our product line that combines years of experience in AIR products with new high performance materials. The specification process for flammability, toxic gases and smoke density, static and sliding friction and impact has been started.

  • DUROFLOOR® is based on the same structure as AIRFLOOR® but with improved top/surface layer.
  • We do not use harmful raw materials such as PVC or halogens.
  • FLOORSIL® 2/FCS can still be used with all our DURO products.
DUROFLEX®

DUROFLEX® is our product line that combines years of experience in the AIR products with new high performance materials. The specification process for flammability, toxic gases and smoke density, static and sliding friction and impact has been started.

  • DUROFLEX® will be based on the same structure as AIRFLEX® but with improved top/surface layer.
  • We do not use harmful raw materials such as PVC or halogens
  • FLOORSIL® 2/FCS can still be used with all our DURO products.
DUROMAT®

DUROMAT® is our product line that combines years of experience in the AIR products with new high performance materials. The specification process for flammability, toxic gases and smoke density, static and sliding friction and impact has been started.

AIRLAM®

AIRLAM® is made with two layers of phenolic resin prepregs and is used as a stabilizing base layer through all of our flooring products.

  • AIRLAM® products fulfill the AIRBUS Specification 2520M1M013101 and DON 608-05, Issue 10/94
FLOORSIL® 2

Specially formulated to provide an extremely durable, watertight barrier, Floorsil® 2 is available in a number of colors to match the NTF.

FLOORSIL® FCS

With our Fast Curing System, we can are provide a superior 2k (two component) sealant to achieve a new level of installation time.

  • Set-up time has been reduced to 10 minutes and full strength cure is reached in max. 2 hours.
  • Floorsil® FCS is fully interchangeable with standard Floorsil®
